Below is a recording of Fr. José Miguel Marqués Campo chanting the Marian Antiphon, Alma, Redemptoris Mater, at the end of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass on the First Sunday of Advent (29-XI-2015) in the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Gijón, Archdiocese of Oviedo, Asturias, Spain. He is accompanied by Ramón Villoria on organ.
How blessed we are to have Fr. Marqués Campo here with us!
Latin
Alma Redemptoris Mater, quæ pervia cæli
Porta manes, et stella maris, succurre cadenti,
Surgere qui curat, populo: tu quæ genuisti,
Natura mirante, tuum sanctum Genitorem
Virgo prius ac posterius, Gabrielis ab ore
Sumens illud Ave, peccatorum miserere.
English
Mother of Christ! Hear thou thy people’s cry,
Star of the deep, and portal of the sky!
Mother of Him Who thee from nothing made,
Sinking we strive and call to thee for aid;
Oh, by that joy which Gabriel brought to thee,
Thou Virgin first and last, let us thy mercy see.
Beautiful. Thank you for sharing.

Louie, this is what we need to readjust our focus and restore hope. Listening to the rantings of Bergoglio and his cohorts day after day is so tiring and depressing. Let us focus on Our Mother Mary, St. Joseph and the celebration of the birth of the Christ Child, Our King and Redeemer. Thank you, Father Campo!
Ephesians 6:10-18
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we are not contending against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the equipment of the gospel of peace; 16 above all taking the shield of faith, with which you can quench all the flaming darts of the evil one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 Pray at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints
