1. While visiting with a group of refugees at the Sacred Heart parish in Rome on Sunday, Pope Francis said:
“Sharing our experience in carrying that cross, to expel the illness within our hearts, which embitters our life: it is important that you do this in your meetings. Those that are Christian, with the Bible, and those that are Muslim, with the Quran. The faith that your parents instilled in you will always help you move on.”
2. As Catholics, we understand that the “illness within our hearts” is more than just the anxiety and sadness that accompany all who mourn and weep in this valley of tears; rather, the true source of man’s embitterment is separation from God.
3. Jesus Christ alone is the Divine Physician by whose “stripes we are healed.” (cf Isa 53)
4. The Qur’an maintains that Our Blessed Lord is but a mere man and nothing more. It is, in other words, a book of blasphemous lies, offensive to Almighty God and to those who love Him in truth.
5. One may cling to the Qur’an until their dying breath, but apart from Jesus Christ and His Holy Catholic Church, there is no salvation.
6. Those parents who instilled in their children a “faith” in the false god of the Qur’an have accomplished little more than perpetuating a lie, consigning their offspring to death.
7. Jesus Christ commissioned His Church to baptize all nations in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost; teaching them to observe everything whatsoever that He has commanded.
8. The Vicar of Christ has a duty to carry out this mission.
9. Pope Francis failed both Our Lord and the Muslims to whom he spoke at Sacred Heart parish in Rome.
10. Pope Francis joined those Muslim parents in perpetuating a lie that essentially consigned their offspring to death.
11. We must pray and fast for the pope.
What now? Pass this along to those who as yet do not realize the extent of the crisis of faith besetting the Catholic Church in our day; the diabolical disorientation that has taken hold of the sacred hierarchy even to the highest offices in Rome, so they might know for what they must offer oblation in reparation for such grave offenses against the Sacred Heart of Our Blessed Lord.
I know.
Heartsick, Mr. V., heartsick.
Archbishop Lefebvre, pray for us.
It is so very sad. Our Blessed Lord has been dethroned. And all this is done through soothing words. Words that may touch one’s heart strings, but do not lead to Christ. We are fed milk, but we need beef.
To understand the erroneous mind of Pope Francis, we must go to the root of where it came from.
What does the Council say about Islam?
……Upon the Moslems, too, the Church looks with esteem. They adore one God, living and enduring, merciful and all-powerful, Maker of heaven and earth and Speaker to men. They strive to submit wholeheartedly even to His inscrutable decrees, just as did Abraham, with whom the Islamic faith is pleased to associate itself…….(they do not mention that Moslems, are the followers of Ishmael the son of the slave woman from Egypt……not the beloved son of Abraham, Isaac). Though they do not acknowledge Jesus as God, they revere Him as a prophet. They also honor Mary, His Virgin
Mother; at times they call on her, too, with devotion. In addition they await the day of judgment when god will give each man his due after raising him up. Consequently, they prize the moral life, and give worship to God especially through prayer, almsgiving, and fasting……
Most Catholics probably think, that there are just some slight differences between us and the Moslems. It is true, they do not recognize the Divinity of Our Lord Jesus Christ……BUT that is NOT very important thing! What these ‘corruptors’ of the holy Faith do not say that the Moslems reject absolutely the Holy Trinity…….The Jews and the Moslems agree on that! A consequence of such text is that the German bishops have ordered all the parish priests to let the Moslems use their parish halls and kindergartens for their worship…….this plague spread……
How about this……every year Rome itself, the Holy See, give an address of greeting to Moslems at the beginning or end of their fasting month, Ramadan, calling the blessing of Allah upon them……..Miserere!
Who can count the evils coming from this Council…….what Islam did not achieve in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, it is achieving today by peaceful means, by the immigration invading all our countries…….while those who should speak OUT against these EVILS are SILENT…..or, rather they are busy persecuting Catholics for being Catholic…….Miserere!
If you ask the Blessed Virgin Mary what she thinks about Jesus she will say: “HE is the only Saviour. My divine Son is the only GOD, and His Church is the only divine religion, instituted by God Himself. You must recognize and believe this order to be saved! AMEN!
#12–Don’t allow Pope Francis to teach your children catechism!
You and your horde of followers here are very sick people. God help YOU.
Pray and fast for Declan as well
Truly horrible. This is religious indifferentism.
(Catholic Militant, would you happen to be Michael Voris? I’ve seen you sign your name as “Mr. V.”?)
I have quoted from Pope John XXIII’s Ad Petri Cathedram quite recently, but I think it is worth repeating the whole paragraph in this context, given Pope Francis’ intention to canonize the author of these words:
“Some men, indeed do not attack the truth willfully, but work in heedless disregard of it. They act as though God had given us intellects for some purpose other than the pursuit and attainment of truth. This mistaken sort of action leads directly to that absurd proposition: one religion is just as good as another, for there is no distinction here between truth and falsehood. ‘This attitude,’ to quote Pope Leo again, ‘is directed to the destruction of all religions, but particularly the Catholic faith, which cannot be placed on a level with other religions without serious injustice, since it alone is true.’ Moreover, to contend that there is nothing to choose between contradictories and among contraries can lead only to this fatal conclusion: a reluctance to accept any religion either in theory or practice.”
I must keep reminding myself, (after reading Pope Francis’ daily comments), that I belong to the ONE, TRUE, HOLY, CATHOLIC and APOSTOLIC church founded by Christ Himself–2000 years ago.
Hope somebody reminds the Pope.
He probably thinks Catholics and muslims worship the same God(false)
Not once did he mention Jesus
Hannah: No, I am not Michael Voris! My Mr. V. was referring to Mr. Verrecchio.
Sorry about the confusion when I signed off. I also am not a fan of Mr. Voris. He may be traditional-minded, but he is not Traditional. Maybe some day he take the step.
I was just reading a children’s book about saints to my children.
Four of the stories were about women martyrs who were brutally killed (beheaded, tortured). We also read about St. Patrick who spent 25 years converting (yes, converting) the Irish to the faith. These saints lived and died for the love our Lord and Savior. How offensive it is to think the one who is the head of our Church does not preach the Gospel to these little ones. I ask God that I may love Him more and to lead others to the faith.
Ask yourselves. Can you imagine Jesus saying this?
What a stark contrast from the Ragensburg address given by Pope Benedict XVI….God have mercy on us.
This pope seems either satan’s biggest useful idiot since a previous Pope put buddha on the Altar (I know he didn’t do it personally but he might as well) or maliciously determined to be part of the problem of perdition. There is nothing coming from him that evinces even the slightest awareness of being part of the Truth of Salvation. He seems to be a post-christian pope. his indifference for the Faith, its Papacy, its Martyrs, its papal language, its Tradition of vouchsafed Truth, from day one was evident for all to see. He’s a danger to every soul not in a state of grace, and even in a state of grace, and now he’s spending the Church dry on multinationals to ‘clean house’. Mr Bishop, if you would but convert to Catholicism we could save a bundle of souls and money. If he is Catholic in the REAL sense, I need a microscope to find the evidence. He is an affront to every one of his predecessors, even JPII with his unfortunate assisi ‘inspiration’, which if they (the contemporary popes) would but consult their predecessors (those prior to the ruinator PaulVI), they would go, well that was a really bad idea, thank God I was wise enough to consult the wisdom of my Fathers on this.

declan, there’s a reason Christ said, will the Son of Man find Faith when He returns and Bergoglio, unfortunately, is an example of what He was speaking of. God bless, and keep seeking, asking and knocking. Knowledge of the Truth is knowledge of Christ, not those who deny Him or hate Him, which islam does. p.s. read about the prophecies about the mahdi and how this muslim shiite mahdi is supposed to be the messiah and he will having their ‘jesus’ at his side crushing the cross.

Declan says:
“You and your horde of followers here are very sick people. God help YOU”, in the same committing the gravest sin one can commit as a liberal: hypocrisy. And judgmental hypocrisy to boot.
May the god of the Mohammedans have mercy on your soul.
For the rest of us, pray that Declan converts from liberalism to the One True Catholic Faith.
St. Vincent of Saragossa, ora pro nobis.
@Halina, is that text of yours or you copied it?
If you wish to preach the Gospel to the infidels, go on! Leave you cozy, warm, safe home and start the mission in your city. Instead of having a donner kebab or knefe, preach!
@ Halina, you quote the NA, do you think that it would be better to set the Catholic relations with the world religions according is the spirit of the constitution of the Muslim Brotherhood?
Once you quote the differences found between Christinity and Islam, go, please, a step further and read some texts of the Arab Christians who attempted to lead theological dialogue with Islam in the 9-12 cent. But i do warn you, they are not Latin Christians.
Apropos… converts…
Some good news from the lost territories: New springtime in Norway. Link here: http://www.andrewcusack.com/2013/08/12/some-norwegian-catholics/. Abridged version is follows:
“Writers, politicians, journalists, academics — Norway’s Catholics seem an intellectual bunch. The Church in Scandinavia is on a slow but steady ascendant, and it’s telling (of both the rise and fall of many) that there are now more seminarians studying for the priesthood for the Nordic countries than there are for all of Ireland.”
Please keep these converts in your prayers.
PS Today’s converts are tomorrows traditionalists. 😉
Andy, you are confusing…..get to the point!
I will do my best to answer you later on.
What does the Council say about Islam?…….from “Nostra Aetate” No.3
……Upon the Moslems, too, the Church looks with esteem. They adore one God, living and enduring, merciful and all-powerful, Maker of heaven and earth and Speaker to men. They strive to submit wholeheartedly even to His inscrutable decrees, just as did Abraham, with whom the Islamic faith is pleased to associate itself…….(they do not mention that Moslems, are the followers of Ishmael the son of the slave woman from Egypt……not the beloved son of Abraham, Isaac….My emphasis). “We must know that we are pilgrims, and that we are on our way. Any man who does not yet believe in Christ is not on the way. He is wandering astray…It is from going on, and not knowing where, that all error comes. The Lord is calling us to the way… we [Christians should] exhort and encourage those who wander in vain superstition and false beliefs, all most dear to us, to come to the way, to walk in the way; as those already in the way should exhort and encourage one another! For no one reaches the heavenly Jerusalem save he who is in the way”
– St. Augustine, Miscellania Agostiniana, D. Gervase Morin, Sermones Reperti, Mai, XIII: De Peregrinatione hajus vitae, p. 285.
I thank God that I have found access to a weekly Mass centre served by the SSPX.These holy Priests are keeping alive the Catholic faith, for which so many martyrs willingly gave their lives during the Reformation of the 16th Century and are a continuation of the religion into which I was Baptised, made my First Holy Communion and in which I was Confirmed. My advice to all who are disillusioned by this dodgy Pontificate should seek out Masses provided by the SSPX and pray that this downward, destructive spiral of the Church leadership will quickly burn itself out.
Louie: I’m confused. Isn’t there a ‘secret club’ I can join for more information on what pope (ha ha) Francis actually meant to say, wanted to say, accidentally said, or if he was speaking off the cuff, had a headache that day, didn’t read the script correctly his handlers had given him earlier, or thought moslems must worship the same God as him because they like they way he cleans their feet? But secret club or not, at least Francis isn’t changing Catholic doctrine; just Catholic thinking. I was reading in another ‘secret club’ exclusive that there is a 12th thing to share: the Catholic world is about to go from the smoke of satan into the fire — and real soon.
Saluto,
God Bless for your excellent comment. If I may ask though, how can a “post-Christian pope” be “pope”, or one who needs to be converted to Catholicism for that matter?
Watching the above video, one gets the impression of listening to a social worker totally clueless about the catholic faith who might possibly be a “Catholic” brought up under the conciliar religion with a costume of the papal garb, but certainly not the Roman Pontiff of the Holy Catholic Church, Supreme Pastor of souls.
This makes me feel sad and confused.
edu, thanks, ‘scuse my hyperbole, I meant in his mind or words or whatever is making do and say very unCatholic things.
p.s. he awarded his buddy rabbi skorka an award from a Catholic institution, and I thought that celebrating the refusal/denial of Christ is post Christian. this same rabbi co-authored a book with bergoglio.
re islam, over Ramadan they slaughter millions of sacrficial animals to their god for the propitiation of their sins; a Muslim must make a pilgrimage at least once in their life to circle the qaaba in mecca, its a giant black cube with ancient idols inside it. but then how would one know, if you’re no Muslim you’re not permitted anywhere near. Walid Shoebat, ex-muslim, says they believe an ancient goddess lives in there and that they must pay homage. the belief, fear of propitiation of the jinn is also a huge part of islam. Islam, like modernism, is a syncretism of heresies. for a pope to encourage people in such devilry is beyond appropriate words. read, ‘why I left Islam’, or visit ‘religion of peace’, site, Islam is not a bequeast of God’s revelation.
ferrotomb
me too, keep praying, visit Our Lord in the blessed Sacrament, He will sort out the confusion. God bless. remember He wept for us, so it’s good for us to the same at times.
http://shoebat.com/2014/01/19/useless-catholics/
unfortunately this is all too accurate in our day and age.
No doubt to Declan we are very ‘sick’ people.
So what? We’re supposed to be against the world.
And the world will never be able to deal with that.
@Steve — would you kindly clarify this: “I was reading in another ‘secret club’ exclusive that there is a 12th thing to share: the Catholic world is about to go from the smoke of satan into the fire — and real soon.”
It would help if we all knew to what ‘secret club’ site you were referring. So many just drop these tease phrases in comments and leave the rest of us wondering to what they are referring. Do we have to decipher the secret code to know? Or is this a joke and there is no “twelfth thing to share”?
This man frightens me! It looks to me that we are in the midst of the Great Apostasy. The Bride of Christ is unrecognizable in these times as Christ himself was during His Passion. In order to believe this relativist drivel, we must deny all of the Pope’s predecessors (until Paul VI), the holy martyrs who were tortured and killed trying to convert those that our our leaders are having “faith gatherings” with, We must deny centuries of writings of the Saints and Doctors of the church, and ultimately Christ himself i.e. “He who is not with me is against me” etc. God help us!
Lake Erie: understand. I believe that Louie was referring to a certain Catholic writer who is constantly defending Francis’ ludicrous statements, usually by, as Louie’s takeoff did, using one to 12 points to claim what the pope really meant to say. At the end of this person’s absurd reasoning, he heralds his own ‘secret club’ where readers can get more ‘information.’
In Louie’s wonderful takeoff, he used the writer’s standard last line “What now?” and I continued on with the unnamed author’s silly ‘secret club’ tag.
So, in my sarcasm, there is no ‘secret club.’. I was just referring to a person who thinks they know what the pope thinks and is a paid writer to tell us how wonderful everything is. Hence, my personal comment, as if anything were to be discovered in any ‘secret club,’ it would be that Catholics need to wake up that the smoke of satan is now showing signs of very hot devouring flames.
You know, I’ve about had it with Pope Francis.
This snarky false humility of his is getting old.
Our Lord did not enter into this world to ‘engage’ it – unless one means engaging as in combat.
He came to save those whom His Father had given Him to save – His words, not mine – and set a fire upon the earth – again, His words.
His work done by the Redemption, He returned to Heaven, where He now sits in glorious majesty as King of Kings.
This is His PRESENT reality.
He is not now some memory or symbol of hippie do-gooding or such nonsense. He was often quite violent and unyielding in his communicating.
When He returns, He will return as He is NOW – a glorious, all-powerful remunerator and dread Judge.
The Pope is His vicar and representative on earth as He is NOW – the King of Kings. That means he must tell it straight (just read how St. Peter spoke after Pentecost for an idea).
If Pope Francis wants to be a Franciscan, and follow that particular charisma in all humility and self-efacement, than he should so.
But do NOT take on the responsibilty of representing Our Blessed Lord before the world as some sort of individual who is attempting to be oh so much more milder and ‘friendlier’ than He ever intended to reveal Himself to be.
I know that my Blessed Saviour is merciful and loving. I have personally experienced that truth.
But I know I can only rely upon His infinite mercy because it is of a piece with His infinite justice.
The loving Saviour I need is an Almighty Saviour. Not a limp dishrag.
ditto, Leo.
re: the shoebat link, I checked out their site. seems dodgy to me. i wouldn’t ‘support’ this. something doesn’t smell right.
Declan,
You state that the people on this blog are sick people and ask God to help them. With what do you want God to help them? Should he help them be good Catholics, good Muslims, or something else? Following the lead of Pope Francis, it is an open question of how God can help us since we have heard from his previous statements that God is not Catholic and that the Quran is a means of guidance for those who embrace it.
Francis then talked about the importance of sharing suffering: “It is important you do this when you meet. Those who are Christians with the Bible and those who are Muslims with the Koran, with the faith you have received from your fathers, a faith that will always help you move forward. Share your faith, because there is one single God, the same God.”
http://vaticaninsider.lastampa.it/en/news/detail/articolo/francesco-francisco-francis-31406/
“The good Hindu, the good Buddhist, the good Confucianist, the good Moslem, are all saved by Christ and not by Buddhism, Islam or Confusianism, but through their sacraments, their prayers, their ascetism, their morality, their good life.”
“Every religion in the world has a segment of the truth.”
“I have always contended in talking to missionaries, that we are not so much to bring Christ to peoples as we are to bring Christ out of them.”
You probably think these quotes are from the “evil” Pope Francis. Well, you are wrong. The Venerable Bishop Sheen wrote these in his autobiography, “Treasure in Clay.” I do not think Bishop Sheen would have any problem with Pope Francis, and in fact, would probably be one of his biggest cheerleaders.
Show me the word trinity in the bible
As usual the Pope is denying that Jesus is the ‘only’ way.
(John 14:6) Jesus said to him, ”I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
And when Jesus says No one, He means No one.
Tariq, show me God in your quran.
1) Quran mentions that the sun is not permitted to catch up the Moon as if that the sun and the moon are on the same track and that the sun is moving behind the moon with slower speed to chase after it.
Quran 36:40 (Yusuf Ali translation), “It is not permitted to the Sun to catch up the Moon, nor can the Night outstrip the Day: Each (just) swims along in (its own) orbit (according to Law).
Why should the phrase, not permitted the Sun to catch up the Moon, be mentioned in Quran 36:40 as if that the Sun and Moon are moving along the same track and that the sun is chasing after the Moon before and yet is not permissible to catch it up by its speed?
2) Quran 25:61 supports that the moon could give light and yet science supports that the light of the moon is the reflection of light from the sun.
Quran 25:61 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Blessed is He who made constellations in the skies, and placed therein a Lamp and a Moon giving light:’
The extract from the website, https://www.livescience.com/45979-why-does-the-moon-shine.html, pertaining to the light of the moon: “The moon shines because its surface reflects light from the sun. And despite the fact that it sometimes seems to shine very brightly, the moon reflects only between 3 and 12 percent of the sunlight that hits it.”
According to science above, the light of the moon is the reflection of the light from the sun and yet Quran mentions that the moon gives light as if that the moon could produce light by itself.
3) Quran supports that Allah draws the night as a veil over the day and yet science supports that the appearance of night is due to one side of the earth blocking the light of the sun and causes the other side to be darkened.
Quran 7:54 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Your Guardian Lord is Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth in six days, and is firmly established on the throne (of authority): He draweth the night as a veil o’er the day, each seeking the other in rapid succession: He created the sun, the moon, and the stars, (all) governed by laws under His command. Is it not His to create and to govern? Blessed be Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds!”
The phrase, He draweth the night as a veil o’er the day, in Quran 7:54 implies that Allah has the control over the night to cover the day.
According to science, one side of the earth that is facing the light from the Sun (the daytime) and the other side of the earth is in the shadow caused by the earth blocking the light of the sun. Or in other words, the appearance of night is natural due to one side of the earth blocking the light of the sun and causes another side of the earth to be in the night. As the night appears naturally as a result of one side of the earth blocking the light of the sun, there is no reason for Quran to mention that the formation of night is the result of Allah in drawing the night as a veil to cover the day. As the night appears naturally as a result of one side of the earth blocking the light of the sun, it is irrational for Quran 39:5 to mention that it was Allah to make the night to overlap the day and vice versa. Besides, as the night appears naturally as a result of one side of the earth blocking the light of the sun, it is also irrational to Quran 31:29 to mention that Allah could merge the night into day and the day into night as if that the appearance of night could be the merging work from Allah.
Quran 39:5, “He created the heavens and the earth in true (proportions): He makes the Night overlap the Day, and the Day overlap the Night: He has subjected the sun and the moon (to His law): Each one follows a course for a time appointed. Is not He the Exalted in Power – He who forgives again and again?”
Quran 31:29 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Seest thou not that Allah merges Night into Day and he merges Day into Night; that He has subjected the sun, and the moon (to his Law), each running its course for a term appointed; and that Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do?” The same is mentioned in Quran 35:13.
4) Quran 91:2 supports that the moon follows the sun.
Quran 91:1-2 (Yusuf Ali translation), “By the Sun and his (glorious) splendor; by the Moon as she follows him;”
How could it be possible the Moon follows the movement of the Sun as if that the Moon would go wherever the Sun goes. According to science, the moon does not follow the sun, but the moon revolves around the earth.
5) Quran 2:258 supports that Allah moves the sun from the east as if that the sun revolves around the earth.
Quran 2:258 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Hast thou not turned thy vision to one who disputed with Abraham about his Lord, because Allah had granted him power? Abraham said: “My Lord is He who giveth life and death.” He said: “I give life and death”. Said Abraham: “But it is Allah that causeth the sun to rise from the east: Do thou then cause him to rise from the west.” Thus was he confounded who (in arrogance) rejected faith. Nor doth Allah give guidance to a people unjust.”
How could Allah cause the sun to rise from the east as if that the sun revolves around the earth?
6) Quran 18:86 supports that the sun set in a spring of murky water.
Quran 18:86 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Until, when he reached the setting of the sun, he found it set in a spring of murky water: Near it he found a people: We said: “O Zul-qarnain! (thou has authority,) either to punish them, or to treat them with kindness.”
As the phrase, the setting of the sun, is mentioned in Quran 18:86 with the phrase, it set in a spring of murky water, it implies that the sun set in a spring of murky water. If the sun set in a spring of murky water, the sunlight should have vanished in the water due to it should have lost its temperature.
7) Quran 54:1 supports that the moon had been cleft asunder.
Quran 54:1 (Yusuf Ali translation), “The Hour (of Judgment) is night, and the moon is cleft asunder.”
The same is supported by the book #56, hadith #832, Sahih Bukhari, “Narrated ibn Abbas: The moon was split into two parts during the lifetime of the Prophet.”
8) Quran 75:9 supports that the sun and moon will be joined together.
Quran 75:9 (Yusuf Ali translation), “And the sun and moon are joined together.”
How could it be possible for the sun and moon to join together as if that either the sun or the moon could have the magnet to pull them towards each together, even though they are far in distance, for the combination? Besides, there is no way for the sun and moon to join together since the entire moon will melt and vanish as the sun approaches.
9) Quran 76:13 supports that the sun will, one day, turn up not to have excessive heat and the moon not to have excessive cold.
Quran 76:13 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Reclining in the (Garden) on raised thrones, they will see there neither the sun’s (excessive heat) nor (the moon’s) excessive cold.”
The phrase, they will see there neither the sun’s (excessive heat), in Quran 76:13 implies that the heat of the sun will, one day, reduce in order not to produce excessive heat. If that could be so, the temperature of the moon could drop further due to the reduction of heat from the sun and could lead eventually to the increase in excessive cold in the moon. How could it be possible that the reduction of the excessive heat from sun could not lead to the increase in the excessive cold of the moon? Quran 76:13 seems to be contradictory by itself since it supports that the reduction of the excessive heat from the sun would lead to the absence of excessive cold of the moon.
10) Quran 70:9 supports that mountains would turn up to be wool in the future even though mountains consist of merely rocks and sand.
Quran 70:9 (Yusuf Ali translation), “And the mountains will be like wool,”
As rocks and sand and wool are three different kinds of materials in nature, could it be possible for mountains to turn up to be wool in the future even though mountains consist of merely rocks and sand?
11) Quran 77:10 mentions that mountains could be scattered as dust.
Quran 77:10 (Yusuf Ali translation), “When the mountains are scattered (to the winds) as dust);”
How could mountains be able to be scattered as dust by wind even though they are made up of huge hard rocks?
12) Quran 81:3 mentions that mountains could vanish themselves.
Quran 81:3 (Yusuf Ali translation), “When the mountains vanish (like a mirage);”
How could mountains vanish as they consist of hard rocks and stone?
13) Quran 19:90 mention that the skies could be burst even though it consists of space, planets and etc.
Quran 19:90 (Yusuf Ali translation), “At it the skies are ready to burst, the earth to split asunder, and the mountains to fall down in utter ruin,”
How could the skies be burst when it is made up of much space in it?
14) Quran supports that Abraham called the sun, the moon and the star to be his lord as if they were his gods and yet nothing is mentioned in the book of Torah that Abraham would call them to be gods.
Quran 6:75-78 (Yusuf Ali translation), “So also did We show Abraham the power and the laws of the heavens and the earth, that he might (with understanding) have certitude. When the night covered him over, He saw a star: He said: “This is my lord.” But when it set, He said: “I love not those that set.” When he saw the moon rising up, he said: “This is my lord.” But when it set, he said: “Unless my Lord guides me, I will surely be among the people gone astray.” When he saw the sun rising in splendor, he said: “This is my Lord; this is the greatest (of all).” But when the sun set, he said: “O my people! I am indeed free from your (guilt) of giving partners to Allah.”
15) Quran 12:4 mentions that eleven stars and the sun and the moon prostrated themselves to Joseph.
Quran 12:4 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Behold! Joseph said to his father: “O my father! I did see eleven stars and the sun and the moon: I saw them prostrate themselves to me!”
As stars and the sun and the moon are non-living things and do not have any eyes or legs or hands, how could Joseph identify that they prostrated to him by their postures as if that these non-livings could bend themselves to salute him? Besides, as the stars and the sun and the moon are non-living things, how could they have the emotion towards Joseph and gave their respect to him?
16) Quran 44:29 mentions that there could be tear to be shed from the heavens and the earth.
Quran 44:29 (Yusuf Ali translation), “And neither heaven nor earth shed a tear over them: nor were they given a respite (again).”
As the heavens and earth are non-living things, how could there be tear from them?
17) Quran 17:44 mentions that heavens and the earth could glorify Allah.
Quran 17:44 (Yusuf Ali translation), “The seven heavens and the earth, and all beings therein, declare His glory: there is not a thing but celebrates His praise; and yet ye understand not how they declare His glory! Verily He is Oft-Forbear, Most Forgiving!”
As the phrase, The heavens and the earth, is mentioned with the phrase, and all beings therein declare the glory, it implies that the heavens and the earth also declare the glory of Allah. As the heavens and the earth are non-living things that consist of rocks and sand, how could they be able to declare the glory of Allah?
18) Quran 34:10 supports that Mountains and birds could sing praises to Allah.
Quran 34:10 (Yusuf Ali translation), “We bestowed Grace aforetime on David from ourselves: “O ye Mountains! Sing ye back the Praises to Allah with him! And ye birds (also)! And We made the iron soft for him””
How could mountains sing praises to Allah as it is a non-living thing?
19) Quran 5:114 supports that table sets and food could be located in heaven.
Quran 5:114 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Said Jesus the son of Mary: “O Allah our Lord! Send us from heaven a table set (with viands), that there may be for us – for the first and the last of us – a solemn festival and a sign from thee; and provide for our sustenance, for thou art the best Sustainer (of our needs).”
Quran 5:114 mentions that Jesus requested a table set with viands from heaven as if that God and angels need a table set as human beings to have their dining in heaven. Would there any table set in heaven?
20) Quran mentions that disbelieving in Allah is a kind of disease.
Quran 2:8 (Yisuf Ali translation), “Of the people there are some who say: “We believe in Allah and the Last Day;” but they do not (really) believe.” Quran 2:10, “In their hearts is a disease; and Allah has increased their disease: And grievous is the penalty they (incur), because they are false (to themselves).”
As the phrase, they do not (really) believe, is mentioned in Quran 2:8 with the phrase, is a disease, in Quran 2:10, Quran vividly refers to disbelieving in Allah as a kind of disease.
The same is mentioned in Quran 8:49 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Lo! The hypocrites say, and those in whose hearts is a disease: “These people, their religion has misled them.” But if any trust in Allah, behold! Allah is Exalted in might, Wise.”
The same is in Quran 9:125 (Yusuf Ali translation), “But those in whose hearts is a disease, it will add doubt to their doubt, and they will die in a state of Unbelief.” The same could be found in Quran 22:53.
21) Quran mentions that Allah taught Adam the names of all things and yet Genesis supports that Adam was the one that named all the creatures.
Quran 2:31 (Yusuf Ali translation), “And He taught Adam the names of all things; then He placed them before the angels, and said: “Tell me the names of these if ye are right.”
Genesis 2;20 (King James Version), “And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.”
22) Quran mentions that Allah demanded a fawn-coloured heifer and yet Numbers 19:2 mentions that He demanded a red heifer.
Quran 2:69 (Yusuf Ali translation), “They said: “Beseech on our behalf thy Lord to make plain to us her colour.” He said: “He says: A fawn-coloured heifer, pure and rich in tone, the admiration of beholders!”
Number 19:2 (King James Version), “This is the ordinance of the law which the LORD hath commanded, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring thee a red heifer without spot, wherein is no blemish, and upon which never came yoke:”
23) Many quranic verses named Jesus to be Christ and has indirectly named him to be the Messiah, the Son of God, and yet Quran 9:30 deny Jesus to be the Son of God.
The following are the Quranic verses that named Jesus to be Christ:
Quran 3:45 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Behold! The angels said: “O Mary! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honour in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah;”
Quran 4:157 (Yusuf Ali translation), “That they said (in boast), “We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah”; but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts,…”
Quran 4:171 (Yusuf Ali translation), “O People of the Book Commit no excesses in your religion: Nor say of Allah aught but he truth, christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) a messenger of Allah…”
The following of the Quranic verses that named Jesus to be the Son of Mary:
Quran 2:87 (Yusuf Ali translation), “We gave Moses the Book and followed him up with a succession of messengers; We gave Jesus the son of mary Clear (signs)…”
Quran 2:253 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Those messengers We endowed with gifts, some above others: To one of them Allah spoke; others He raised to degrees (of honour); to Jesus the son of mary We gave clear (Signs)…”
Quran 5:46 (Yusuf Ali translation), “And in their footsteps We sent Jesus the son of mary, confirming the Law that had come before him:…”
Quran 5:78 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Curses were pronounced on those among the children of Israel who rejected Faith by the tongue of David and of Jesus the son of mary: because they disobeyed and persisted in excesses.”
Quran 5:110 (Yusuf Ali translation), “ Then will Allah say: “O Jesus the son of mary!…”
Quran 5:112 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Behold! The disciples, said: “O Jesus the son of mary!…”
Quran 5:114 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Said Jesus the Son of mary…”
Quran 5:116 (Yusuf Ali translation), “And behold! Allah will say “O Jesus the son of mary!..”
Quran 43:57 (Yusuf Ali translation), “When (Jesus) the son of mary is held up as an example,..”
Quran 57:27 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Then, in their wake, We followed them up with (others of) Our messengers: We sent after them Jesus the son of mary, and bestowed on him the Gospel..”
Quran 61:6 (Yusuf Ali translation), “And remember, Jesus, the son of mary, said:…”
Quran 61:14 (Yusuf Ali translation), “O ye who believe! Be ye helpers of Allah: As said Jesus the son of mary to the Disciples, “Who will be my helpers to (the work of) Allah?:”..”
Despite the above Quranic verses named only Jesus to be the Son of Mary, the following verses have linked Christ to be the son of mary:
Quran 5:75 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Christ the son of Mary was no more than a messenger…”;
Quran 2:87 (Yusuf Ali translation), “We gave Moses the Book and followed him up with a succession of messengers; We gave Jesus the son of Mary Clear (Signs)…”
Quran 19:34 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Such (was) Jesus the son of mary: (it is) a statement of truth, about which they (vainly) dispute.”
According to the dictionary in the website, https://www.blueletterbible.org/lang/Lexicon/Lexicon.cfm?strongs=G5547&t=KJV, the word, Christ, has been defined as the Messiah, the Son of God. As the word, Christ, that is mentioned above has been linked with Jesus, indirectly Quran named Jesus to be the Son of God.
Despite the above Quranic verses prove Jesus to be the Son of God, yet quranic verses below deny him to be the Son of God:
Quran 9:30 (Yusuf Ali translation), “The Jews call ‘Uzair a son of Allah, and the Christians call Christ the son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouth; (in this) they but imitate what the unbelievers of old used to say. Allah’s curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the Truth!”
Quran 19:35 (Yusuf Ali translation), “It is not befitting to (the majesty of) Allah that He should beget a son. Glory be to Him! When He determines a matter, He only says to it, “Be”, and it is.”
Quran 19:88-89 (Yusuf Ali translation), “They say: “(Allah) Most Gracious has begotten a son!” Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous!”
24) Quran 6:74 supports that the father of Abraham was Azar and yet Torah supports that his father was Terah.
Quran 6:74 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Lo! Abraham said to his father Azar: Takest thou idols for gods? For I see thee and thy people in manifest error.”
Genesis 11:26-27 (King James Version), “And Terah lived seventy years, and begat Abram Nahor, and Haran. Now these are the generations of Terah: Terah begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran; and Haran begat Lot.” In Genesis 17:4-5, God named Abram as Abraham. The following is the extract: Genesis 17:4 (King James Version), “..and God talked with him,…” Genesis 17:5, “Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.”
25) Quran 7:20 mentions that Satan told Adam the reason for God to forbid him to eat forbidden fruit was to prevent him to become an angel or such being to live forever and yet Genesis 3:4-5 mention that the serpent spoke to Eve that they could be as a god, knowing good and evil, after consuming the forbidden fruit.
Quran 7:19-20 (Yusuf Ali translation), “And “O Adam, dwell, you and your wife, in Paradise and eat from wherever you will but do not approach this tree, lest you be among the wrongdoers.” Then began Satan to whisper suggestions to them, bringing openly before their minds all their shame that was hidden from them (before): He said: “Your Lord only forbade you this tree, lest ye should become angels and or such beings as live for ever.”
Genesis 3:4-5 (King James Version), “And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”
26) Quran 7:103 supports that Pharaoh wrongfully rejected Moses and yet Torah mentions that God was the One to harden the heart of Pharaoh to reject him.
Quran 7:103 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Then after them we sent Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they wrongfully rejected them: So see what was the end of those who made mischief.”
Exodus 7:3 (King James Version), “And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt.”
27) Quran 7:115-116 support that magicians threw their rods first and then followed by the rod of Moses and yet Torah supports that Moses called Aaron to throw the rod of Aaron first.
Quran 7:115-117, “They said: “O Moses! Wilt thou throw (first), or shall we have the (first) throw?” Said Moses: “Throw ye (first).” So when they threw, they bewitched the eyes of the people, and struck terror into them, and they displayed a great magic. We put it into Moses’s mind by inspiration: “throw (now) thy rod”; and behold! It swallows up straight away all the falsehoods which they fake!” The same is mentioned in Quran 7:116, 20:65-69 & 26:37-45.
Exodus 7:9-10 (King James Version), “When Pharaoh shall speak unto you, saying, Shew a miracle for you: then thou shalt say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and cast it before Pharaoh, and it shall become a serpent. And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent.”
28) Quran 6:91 mentions that Moses brought forth the Book by means of revelation and yet they made it separate sheets for show and yet Exodus 31:18 mentions that God was the One to write on two tables of stones the words of covenant. As the words were written on stones, how could these stones be able to subdivide into sheet for show?
Quran 6:91 (Yusuf Ali translation), “No just estimate of Allah do they make they say: “Nothing doth Allah send down to man (by way of revelation)” Say: “Who then sent down the Book which Moses brought? – a light and guidance to man: But ye make it into (separate) sheets for show, while ye conceal much (of its contents): therein were ye taught that which ye knew not-neither ye nor your fathers.” Say: “Allah (sent it down)”: Then leave them to plunge in vain discourse and trifling.”
Exodus 31:18 (King James Version), “And he gave unto Moses , when he had made an end of Communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.” Exodus 32:15, “And Moses turned, and went down from the mount, and the two tables of the testimony were in his hand: the tables were written on both their sides; on the one side and on the other were they written.”
29) Quran 2:60 mentions that water was gushed out with twelve springs and each group of people knew its own place of water and yet Exodus 20:10-11 mention that the congregation gathered before the rock and water came abundantly. The following are the extracts:
Quran 2:60 (Yusuf Ali translation), “And (remember) when Musa (Moses) asked for water for his people, We said: “Strike the stone with your stick.” Then gushed forth therefrom twelve springs. Each (group of) peole knew its own place of water. “Eat and drink of that which Allah has proved and do not act corruptly, making mischief on the earth.”
The same is in Quran 7:160 (Yusuf Ali translation), “We divided them into twelve tribes or nations. We directed Moses by inspiration, when his (thirsty) people asked him for water: “Strike the rock with thy staff”: out of it there gushed forth twelve springs: Each group knew its own place for water.”
Exodus 20:7-8 (King James Version), “And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Take the rod, and gather thou the assembly together, thou, and Aaron thy brother, and speak ye unto the rock before their eyes; and it shall give forth his water, and thou shalt bring forth to them water out of the rock: so thou shalt give the congregation and their beasts drink.”
30) Quran supports that the ark of Noah was rested upon Mount Judi and yet Torah supports that it should be rested upon Mount Ararat.
Quran 11:43-44 (Yusuf Ali translation), “The son replied: “I will betake myself to some mountain: it will save me from the water.” Noah said: “This day nothing can save, from the command of Allah, any but those on whom He hath mercy!” And the waves came between them, and the son was among those overwhelmed in the Flood. Then the word went forth: “O earth! Swallow up thy water, and O sky! Withhold (thy rain)!” and the water abated, and the water was ended. The Ark rested on Mount Judi, and the word went forth: “Away with those who do wrong!”
Genesis 8:4, “King James Version), “And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.”
31) The phrase, seven thin ears devoured the seven rank and full ears, in Genesis 41:7 has been replaced by the phrase, (seven) others withered in Quran 12:46.
Quran 12:46, Yusuf Ali translation, “O Joseph!” (he said) “O man of truth! Expound to us (the dream) of seven fat kine whom seven lean ones devour, and of seven green ears of corn and (seven) others withered; that I may return to the people, and that they may understand.”
Genesis 41:1-7 (King James Version), “And it came to pass at the end of two full years, that Pharaoh dreamed: and, behold, he stood by the river. And, behold, there came up out of the river seven well favoured kine and fatfleshed; and they fed in a meadow. And, behold, seven other kine came up after them out of the river, ill favoured and leanfleshed; and stood by the other kine upon the brink of the river. And the ill favoured and leanfleshed kine did eat up the seven well favoured and fat kine. So Pharaoh awoke. And he slept and dreamed the second time: and, behold, seven ears of corn came up upon one stalk, rank and good. And, behold, seven thin ears and blasted with the east wind sprung up after them. And the seven thin ears devoured the seven rank and full ears. And Pharaoh awoke, and behold, it was a dream.”
The phrase, (seven) others withered, is mentioned in Quran 12:46 and yet this phrase is not mentioned in Genesis 41:1-7. After comparing these two sources, it is certain that the phrase, seven thin ears and blasted with the east wind sprung up after them and the seven thin ears devoured the seven rank and full ears, in Genesis 41:7 has been replaced by the phrase, (seven) others withered, in Quran 12:46.
32) Quran 12: 49 mentions with the phrase, Then will come after that (period) a year in which the people will have abundant water in which they will press wine and oil. Yet this phrase could not be located in the book of Torah.
Quran 12:47-49 (Yusuf Ali translation), “(Joseph) said: “For seven years shall ye diligently sow as is your wont: and the harvests that ye reap, ye shall leave them in the ear, except a little, of which ye shall eat. Then will come after that (period) seven dreadful (years), which will devour what ye shall have laid by in advance for them, (all) except a little which ye shall have (specially) guarded. Then will come after that (period) a year in which the people will have abundant water, and in which they will press (wine and oil).”
Genesis 41:28-31 (King James Version), “This is the thing which I have spoken unto Pharaoh: What God is about to do he sheweth unto Pharaoh. Behold, there come seven years of great plenty throughout all the land of Egypt. And there shall arise after them seven years of famine; and all the plenty shall be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine shall consume the land; and the plenty shall not be known in the land by reason of that famine following; for it shall be very grievous”
33) Quran 20:10-12 mentions that Moses came to the fire in the sacred valley, Tuwa, when Allah called him and yet Quran 28:29-31 mentions differently that he came to the fire at Mount Tur when Allah called him from the right bank of the valley. Exodus 3:1-4 mentions that he came to the mountain of God and even to Horeb when the angel of the Lord called him out of the midst of bush.
Quran 20:10-12 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Behold, he saw a fire: So he said to his family, “Tarry ye; I perceive a fire; perhaps I can bring you some burning brand therefrom, or find some guidance at the fire.” But he came to the fire, a voice was heard: “O Moses! I am thy Lord! Therefore (in My presence) put off thy shoes: thou art in the sacred valley Tuwa.”
The phrase, thou art in the sacred valley Tuwa, in Quran 20:12 implies that Moses was in the valley Tuwa instead of in the Mount Tur.
Quran 28:29-31 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Now when Moses had fulfilled the term, and was travelling with his family, he perceived a fire in the direction of Mount Tur, He said to his family: “Tarry ye; I perceive a fire; I hope to bring you from there some information, or a burning firebrand, that ye may warm yourselves. But when he came to the (fire), a voice was heard from the right bank of the valley, from a tree in hallowed ground: “O Moses! Verily I am Allah, the Lord of the World…”
The phrase, a fire in the direction of Mount Tur, in Quran 28:29-31 implies that Moses was in Mount Tur.
Exodus 3:1-4, “Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father in law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God, even to Horeb. And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed. And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt. And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said,, Moses, Moses. And said, Here am I.”
34) Quran 20:29 mentions that Moses requested Allah to grant him a Minister from his family and yet Exodus 4 mentions that Moses did not request God to grant him a Minister. Instead, it was the decision of God to want Aaron to assist Moses due to His anger upon him in insisting he was not the suitable person for Him.
Quran 20:25-30 (Yusuf Ali translation), “(Moses) said: “O my Lord! Expand me my breast; ease my task for me: and remove the impediment from my speech, so they may understand what I say: and give me a Minister from my family, Aaron my brother.”
The same is in Quran 28:34 (Yusuf Ali translation), “And my brother Aaron – He is more eloquent in speech than I: So send him with me as a helper, to confirm (and strengthen) me: for I fear that they may accuse me of falsehood.”
Exodus 4:10-14, “And Moses said unto the LORD, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue. And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man’s mouth? Or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing or the blind? Have not I the LORD? Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say. And he said, O my Lord, send I pray thee, by the hand of him whom thou wilt send. And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses, and he said, Is not Aaron the Levite thy brother? I know that he can speak well. And also, behold, he cometh forth to meet thee: and when he seeth thee, he will be glad in his heart.”
35) Quran 20:120 mentions that Satan whispered to Adam whether he could lead him to the tree of eternity and to a kingdom that could never decay ant yet the book of Torah supports that a serpent led him to eat the fruit to know good and evil instead of the fruit of the tree of life that could live forever.
Quran 20:117-121 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Then We said: “O Adam! Verily, this is an enemy to thee and thy wife: so let him not get you both out of Garden, so that thou art landed in misery. There is therein (enough provision) for thee not to go hungry nor to go naked, nor to suffer from thirst, nor from the sun’s heat. But Satan whispered evil to him: he said, “O Adam! Shall I lead thee to the Tree of Eternity and to a kingdom that never decays?” In the result, they both ate of the tree, and so their nakedness appear to them…”
Genesis 3:22-24 (King James Version), “And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever: Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden to till the ground from whence he was taken. So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.”
As the phrase, the tree of life, is mentioned in Genesis 3:22 with the phrase, live forever, it implies that the tree of life could lead Adam to live forever. AS the phrase, he drove out the man, is mentioned in Genesis 3 with the phrase, to keep the way of the tree of life, it implies that the serpent did not lead Adam to eat the tree of life that could make him to live forever.
According to Genesis 3:5, the fruit that they ate could only lead him to know good and evil instead of living forever. The following is the extract:
Genesis 3:5, “For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be gods, knowing good and evil.”
36) Quran 26:63 mentions that the sea was divided and turned up to be firm mass of mountain and yet Exodus 14:21-22 mention that the sea was turned up to be a wall unto them on their right hand and on their left.
Quran 26:63 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Then We told Moses by inspiration: “Strike the sea with thy rod.” So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain.”
Exodus 14:21-22 (King James Version), “And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided. And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.”
37) Quran mentions that the flood came when Noah was a thousand years minus fifty years and yet Genesis 7:6 mentions that the food came when he was six hundred years old.
Quran 29:14 (Yusuf Ali translation), “We (once) sent Noah to his people, and he tarried among them a thousand years less fifty: but the Deluge overwhelmed them while they (persisted in) sin.”
Genesis 7:6 (King James Version), “And Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth.”
38) Quran 20:92 mentions that Moses called Aaron to warn all the wrong doers and yet Exodus 32:2-4 mentions that he was the one to lead other people to become wrongdoers.
Quran 20:92 (Yusuf Ali translation), “(Moses) said: “O Aaron! What kept thee back, when thou sawest them going wrong.”
Exodus 32:2 (King James Version), “And Aaron said unto them, Break off the golden earrings, which are in the ears of your wives, of your sons, and of your daughters, and bring them unto me.” Exodus 32:4, “And he received them at their hand, and fashioned it with a graving tool, after he had made it a molten calf: and they said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which brought thee up our of the land of Egypt.”
39) Quran 10:87 mentions that Moses and his brothers were encouraged to dwell in Egypt for worship and regular prayers and yet Exodus 3:7 mentions that God heard the cry of the affliction of the Jews and wanted them to be delivered out of Egypt.
Quran 10:87 (Yusuf Ali translation), “We inspired Moses and his brother with this Message: “Provide dwellings for your people in Egypt, make your dwellings into places of worship, and establish regular prayers and give glad tidings to those who believe!”
Exodus 3:7-8 (King James Version), “And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows: And I am come down to deliver them out of the land of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites.”
40) Quran 7:102 mentions that Pharaoh and his chiefs wrongly rejected the signs from Moses and yet 7:3 does not mention that they rejected the signs of Moses. Instead, it was God to harden the heart of Pharaoh so that He could multiply His signs and wonders in the land of Egypt.
Quran 7:102 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Then after We sent Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they wrongfully rejected them: So what the end of those who made mischief.”
Exodus 7:3 (King James Version), “And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt.”
41) Quran 4:153 mentions that the people asked Allah to cause a book to descend from heaven and yet Torah mentions that God gave two tables of stones with words written by the finger of God.
Quran 2:87 (Yusuf Ali translation), “We gave moses the book and followed him up with a succession of messengers:” The same is mentioned in Quran 6:154, 11:110, 17:2, 23:49, 25:35; 32:23; 40:53 & 41:45.”
Quran 4:153 (Yusuf Ali translation), “The people of the book ask thee to cause a book to descend to them from heaven: Indeed they asked moses for an even greater (miracle), for they said: “Show us Allah in public,””
Exodus 31:18 (King James Version), “And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.”
42) Quran 4:153 mentions that the people of the Book worshipped a calf even after clear signs had come to them and yet Exodus 19:21 mentions that the people did not receive any clear signs before worshipping the calf since God called Moses to charge them not to gaze for signs on how God could have done to Moses.
Quran 4:153 (Yusuf Ali translation), “The people of the Book ask thee to cause a book to descend to them from heaven: Indeed they asked Moses for an ever greater (miracle), for they said: “Show us Allah in public,” but they were dazed for their presumption, with thunder and lightning. Yet they worshipped the calf even after clear signs had come to them; even so we forgave them; and gave Moses manifest proofs of authority.”
Exodus 19:16, (King James Version), “And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people was in the camp trembled.”
Exodus 19:21, “And the LORD said unto Moses, Go down, charge the people, lest they break through unto the LORD to gaze, and many of them perish.”
Exodus 32:1, “And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.”
Exodus 32:8, “They have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them: they have made them a molten calf, and have worshipped it, and have sacrificed thereunto, and said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which have brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.”
43) Quran 2:61 mentions that the people beseeched God for potherbs, cucumbers, garlic, lentils, and onions and yet Numbers 11:4 mentions that they had preference on flesh to eat.
Quran 2:61 (Yusuf Ali translation), “And remember ye said: “O Moses! We cannot endure one kind of food (always); so beseech they Lord for us to produce for us of what the earth growth, – its pot-herbs, and cucumbers, its garlic, lentils, and onions.” He said: “Will ye exchange the better for the worse? Go ye down to any town, and ye shall find what ye want!” They were covered with humiliation and misery: they drew on themselves the wrath of Allah. This because they went on rejecting the Signs of Allah and slaying His Messengers without just cause. This because they rebelled and went on transgressing.”
Numbers 11:4-6 (King James Version), “And the mixt multitude that was among them fell a lusting: and the children of Israel also wept again, and said, WHO SHALL GIVE US FLESH TO EAT? We remember the FISH which we did eat in Egypt freely; the cucumbers, and the melons, the leeks, and the onions, and the garlick: But now our soul is dried away: there is nothing at all, beside this manna, before our eyes.”
44) Quran 2:67 mentions that Moses called Allah to save him from an ignorant fool when he spoke to his people that Allah commanded them to sacrifice a heifer and yet Numbers 19;2 mentions that it is an ordinance of the law to bring God a red heifer.
Quran 2:67 (Yusuf Ali translation), “And remember Moses said to his people: “Allah commands that ye sacrifice a heifer.” They said: “Makest thou a laughing stock of us?” He said: “Allah save me from being an ignorant (fool)!”
Numbers 19:2 (King James Version), “This is the ordinance of the law which the LORD hath commanded, saying, Speak unto the Children of Israel, that they bring thee a red heifer without spot, wherein is no blemish, and upon which never came yoke.”
45) Quran 40:26 mentions that Pharaoh wanted to slay Moses due to his intention was either to change his religion or to cause mischief in the land and yet Quran 20:51 mentions differently that Pharaoh enquired whether the intention of Moses was to drive Egyptians out by his magic. Exodus 12:30-31 support that Pharaoh wanted the children of Israel to leave in order that they would serve their Lord due to a great cry in Egypt.
Quran 40:26 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Said Pharaoh: “Leave me to slay Moses; and let him call on his Lord! What if fear is lest he should change your religion, or lest he should cause mischief to appear in the land!”
Quran 20:51 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Pharaoh) said:” Quran 20:57, “He said, Hast thou come to drive us out of our land with thy magic, O Moses?”
Exodus 12:30-31 (King James Version), “And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt; for there was not a house where there was not one dead.” And he called for Moses and Aaron by night, and said, Rise up, and get you forth from among my people, both ye and the children of Israel; and go, serve the LORD, as ye have said.”
46) Quran 10:88 mentions that Moses prayed to Allah to want him to send hardness of the hearts of Egyptians so that they would not believe until they saw the grievous penalty and yet Exodus 7:3 mentions that it was the decision of God to harden the heart of Pharaoh so that He could multiply His signs and wonders in the land of Egypt.
Quran 10:88 (Yusuf Ali translation), “Moses prayed: “O Lord! Thou hast bestowed on Pharaoh and his chiefs splendor and wealth in the life of the present and s, Our Lord, they mislead (men) from Thy path. Deface our Lord, the features of their wealth and send hardness to their hearts, so they will not believe until they see the grievous penalty.”
Exodus 7:3 (King James Version), “And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt.”

Quran 6:1 supports that Allah was the creator of this universe. As the word, We, is mentioned in the above Quranic verses with the word, created, it implies that there should be more than one Allah to participate in the creation of this universe. If there should not be more than one Allah in this world, there is no reason for Quran to mention the word, We. Instead, the word, He, or the word, I, should be used. As the word, We, is used in the above Quranic verses, it indirectly supports the doctrine of trinity. Despite the above Quranic verses seem to support trinity, yet Quran 4:171 and 5:73 deny Trinity. The following are the extracts:
Quran 4:171 (Yusuf Ali translation), “O People of the Book! Commit no excesses in your religion: Nor say of Allah aught but the truth. Christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) a messenger of Allah, and His Word, which He bestowed on Mary, and a spirit proceeding from Him: so believe in Allah and His messengers. Say not “trinity”: desist: it will be better for you: for Allah is one Allah: Glory be to Him: (far exalted is He) above having a son. To Him belong all things in the heavens and on earth. And enough is Allah as a Disposer of affairs.”
Quran 5:73 (Yusuf Ali translation), “They do blaspheme who say: Allah is one of three in a Trinity: for there is no god except One Allah. If they desist not from their word (of blasphemy), verily a grievous penalty will befall the blasphemers among them.”
Does the teaching of trinity contradict Deuteronomy 6:4 that mentions that that there is only one God in this universe? No, it might not be necessary to be treated as contradiction with each other. The same principle could be found in Genesis 2:24. Even though a man and a woman are two fleshes before marriage, yet they are considered to be one flesh when both of them marry with each other. The same is for God. Even though they are more than one God, it is to be treated as only one God due to all of them have the same attribute, such as, all are mighty and all are the creator of this universe and etc.
Deuteronomy 6:4, “Hear O Israel: The LORD our God is one Lord.”
Genesis 2:24 (King James Version), “There shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.”
