After more failed attempts than either one of us care to recall, the technology finally behaved enough to make a podcast with longtime friend and contributor at akaCatholic, Fr. José Miguel Marqués Campo.
In this episode, we discuss the Oviedo to Covadonga pilgrimage that recently took place in Spain where Father lives and how its beautiful manifestation of the true Faith contrasts so starkly with even the best that the conciliar counterfeit has to offer.
From there, we move into Traditionis Cojones and Jorge’s assault on the one true Roman Rite.
Fr. Marqués, by appointment of his archbishop, is the only priest in the Archdiocese of Oviedo who publicly offers the Traditional Latin Mass, which he has been celebrating since 2008. His parish duties presently obligate him – and painfully so, as you will hear – to offer the Novus Ordo as well.
Though our perspectives on certain aspects of the current ecclesial crisis differ, Fr. Marqués doesn’t mince words when discussing the state of the conciliar church, its bankrupt liturgy, and the Almighty Council that gave birth to both. Despite his “good standing” in the archdiocese, he makes no attempt to sugarcoat his commentary on “Francis.”
Thank you in advance for watching and sharing, and most especially for supporting our efforts.
