Very clever! LOL ! Who is singing? and who wrote those hilarious words?
Every so often, we need this touch of Catholic light-heartedness in these trying times for the Church! You should send this to Pope Francis!
Well done Mr. V.! You brought me a good laugh!
Long live Christ the King!

Glad you got a laugh out of this, Barbara. I agree. We have to maintain a sense of humor. St. Philip Neri, ora pro nobis! Traditional Catholics are often stereotyped as humorless grumps, but I’ve never met more authentically joy-filled people than these in my life. (Operative word, “authentic” as opposed to the happy-clappy “Santo Subito” crowd.)
As for your questions, I’m afraid I must take all the blame. 🙂
A happy blame, Mr. Verrecchio!
Complimenti!
Barbara
Will an authentic Truly Catholic Pope please take the wheel! I’m getting sea sick!!!
Mr. V, will you consider putting the lyrics in writing? I’d hate to miss even one word.
God bless you.
Dear Louie,
Very good ’round-up’. Looking at this picture, now we see how bad things really are, yes, you almost cannot recognize what belogs where……
I recognized your voice…..I have heard your other video, you looked very good in that cowboy hat.
thanks for the laugh
Humour is most certainly needed in these days of apostasy to keep one’s sanity intact! One of the aspects I love about one of my favourite saints – St Thomas More – is his wonderful wit and humour… He lived in days similar to our own in so many respects: an apostate cowardly hierarchy, with St John Fisher alone standing firm in the faith (think Arch Lefebvre fighting alone against the modernists), basically a time when the catholic faith was being “protestantized”! One can detect St Thomas More’s good humour even in “Dialogue of Comfort Against Tribulation” (I would DEFINITELY recommend this masterpiece to anyone) written in the tower of London awaiting execution!! There are even witness reports of him jesting as he walked towards the place of execution in the tower of London!
St Thomas More ora pro nobis!

“I die the King’s good servant, but God’s first” – St Thomas More’s final words before execution
Paraphrasing an old movie starring Betty Davis, “fasten your seatbelts…” the pontificate of Francis is going to be very ‘bumpy’… Immaculate Mary, pray for us sinners.
Thanks for the memories and the chuckles, Louie.

Makes me want to put together a comedy show with Louie V.
Are you guys really upset that Francis pulled back on the ostentatious displays of wealth?
What do you care?
